We bring you tomorrow’s opportunity, today.Volt Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Order Picker in Rancho Bernardo, CA.As a Warehouse Order Picker you will: Use a hand-held scanner to locate and pick clothing items according to order specificationsEnsure accuracy and completeness of orders prior to packing and shippingMaintain cleanliness and organization of the picking areaFollow all safety guidelines and warehouse proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAssist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as neededThis is a full time opporrtunityThe ideal candidate will have:Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to operate a hand-held scanner and follow electronic picking listsStrong attention to detail to ensure order accuracyPhysical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftBasic math skills and ability to read and interpret order instructionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethicFlexibility to work weekends if requiredMust be able to work 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through FridayPay Rate: $19.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
