We are seeking a strong accounting professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing and inventory-driven environments. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with monthly close processes, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to approach every challenge with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and record business transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Lead and support key components of the month-end close, with a strong focus on inventory and manufacturing cost accuracy
• Partner with operations to analyze inventory activity, cost variances, and production-related financial performance
• Assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of financial statements and supporting notes
• Research and analyze expense variances and provide clear, actionable insights to company leadership
Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or inventory-intensive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
