We are seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility specializing in metal fabrication. This role is responsible for overall plant performance, including production, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and financial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and profitability goals.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, margin improvement, and financial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
- Develop and lead a strong management team while building a culture of accountability and safety.
- Oversee production planning, labor utilization, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably metal fabrication.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and a strong understanding of manufacturing financials.
- Experience leading production teams and improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Salary : $200,000 - $230,000
