We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers, develop new business, and provide product and technical support. This role works closely with customers, outside sales, engineering, and manufacturing to manage projects, prepare quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing customers and develop new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and manage sales opportunities in CRM.
- Coordinate customer projects, forecast demand, and monitor orders.
- Provide product information, technical support, and post-sale follow-up.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Support outside sales representatives and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Computer proficiency; CRM experience preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
