We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Leader to join a manufacturer with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. This role offers full ownership of market strategy, channel development, and customer engagement across a diverse B2B landscape. You will oversee the entire commercial function — from field sales to marketing to customer experience — with a mandate to accelerate growth, expand market presence, and elevate organizational capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and drive the company’s overall commercial strategy across distribution partners, OEM relationships, and direct accounts
  • Increase revenue and market penetration through targeted channel development and strategic partnerships
  • Establish pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness with sustainable profitability
  • Evaluate new segments, applications, and geographic opportunities to fuel expansion
  • Lead a cross-functional team spanning sales, inside sales, service, order processing, and marketing
  • Build a performance-driven culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop leadership bench strength through coaching, succession planning, and talent development
  • Deepen relationships with key partners and major customers while ensuring a world-class customer experience
  • Advance a modern marketing approach leveraging digital channels, analytics, and lead management
  • Align marketing investments tightly with revenue goals and pipeline performance
  • Enhance brand strength and customer loyalty across core industries
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to deliver profitable growth
  • Serve as a senior representative of the organization with customers, partners, and industry groups

Keys To This Opportunity

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree a plus)
  • Significant leadership experience in B2B sales within manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-impact commercial teams
  • Strong experience managing distributor networks and OEM relationships
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence at executive and operational levels
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top performers
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~50%)
