As a Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will own the carpet cleaning and floor care experience from start to finish. What You Will Do
- Lead carpet cleaning jobs using hot water extraction and other approved methods.
- Perform pre-inspections, identify concerns, set expectations, and recommend services when appropriate.
- Deliver high-quality results and complete final walk-throughs with the customer.
- Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation accurately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on site.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies and keep vehicles organized and job ready.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and basic vehicle checks.
- Learn new tools, technology, and techniques as we expand our services.
- Represent the company with a high standard of service to drive repeat business, referrals, tips, and incentive earnings.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation and photos
- One year of carpet cleaning or floor care experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- IICRC certifications are highly desired
- Carpet Cleaning Technician CCT preferred but not required
