Duties
- Operate professional carpet cleaning equipment to remove dirt, stains, and allergens from various types of carpets and rugs ,and upholstery .
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and maintaining different flooring surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions responsibly to promote safe and sustainable practices
- Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and identify additional cleaning needs or maintenance issues
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including job reports and client interactions
- Assist with general janitorial tasks in commercial settings to support overall facility cleanliness and safety
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and carpet cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of janitorial or custodial equipment operation is a plus
