The Restoration Technician will respond to water damage and related emergencies, assess affected areas, and assist in planning and executing mitigation and restoration projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and monitoring drying equipment, removing water and damaged materials, performing basic demolition and cleanup, and supporting mold and odor mitigation efforts under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves documenting job conditions, communicating clearly with customers and team members, and following safety and industry best practices at all times. The technician will also help maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment, and may assist with other cleaning services, such as carpet, flooring, and upholstery care, as needed.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of water-related damage, including Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration processes, equipment, and safety practices.
- Experience or aptitude in Mitigation activities, such as moisture detection, structural drying, and removal of damaged materials.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and supervisors in a clear, professional manner.
- Ability to recognize and address environmental concerns, including exposure to Invasive Species or contaminants, while following appropriate protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; IICRC or similar restoration certifications are a plus.
- Capability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying equipment, and working in confined or elevated spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to the Fayetteville, AR worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, for emergency response needs.
- Previous experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is beneficial but not required; employer-provided training available for motivated candidates.
