We are currently looking for a per diem Clinical Auditor to join our team. This position would be responsible for review of incoming rehab orders and determining if POC is appropriate and or follow MD protocols.

Responsibilities
Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
Collaborates and communicates with Clinical Director/Manager Findings and trends through data collection of the missed visit process and or assessment of Patient Falls data
Schedules and reschedules all visits based on patient needs and Physician’s order.
Documents communication with Physicians and obtains Physicians orders as appropriate when changes to the POC are indicated.
Participates in VNAHG’s QAPI and in-service program.
Adheres to the organization’s policy in regard to absenteeism and appearance.
Qualifications
PT/OT with minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy of Occupational Therapy
3-5 years of home care experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
Knowledge of HomeCare/HomeBase a plus
Experience with clinical documentation review
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $80,000.00 to USD $135,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
