VNA Health Group is looking for a dedicated and organized Access Center Specialist (Remote in NJ) to join our team In this key role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls to the agency and providing a "warm transfer" to other departments when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Supports organization's mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
- Handles all types of incoming calls
- Entering referrals into HCHB, except for the intake note
- Collaborates with team members and other departments as needed
- Adheres to the organization's policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 2-3 years work related experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $30,000.00 to USD $65, When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
