This is a 20-hour per week, part-time position with flexible afternoon hours.
Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Experience/Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in recruitment and/or human resources
- ATS Management: Screen applicant resumes, phone-interview candidates, update candidate statuses, and coordinate interview logistics
- Interview Scheduling: Arrange and confirm onsite or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Employee Referrals: Track incoming referrals, ensure they are properly documented in the system, and follow up as needed
- Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire orientation and preparation of onboarding materials
- Compliance Tasks: Conduct background checks, verify licenses/certifications, and ensure documentation accuracy
- HR Administrative Support: Maintain personnel records and provide general assistance with HR operations
- HR will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
- Upon receiving the job offer, complete onboarding paperwork through Paycor
- Paid New-Hire Orientation
- Continuous training from mentor
Salary : $18 - $25
