This is a 20-hour per week, part-time position with flexible afternoon hours.

Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Experience/Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience in recruitment and/or human resources
  
  
  

Essential Functions of the Job:

• ATS Management: Screen applicant resumes, phone-interview candidates, update candidate statuses, and coordinate interview logistics
• Interview Scheduling: Arrange and confirm onsite or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Employee Referrals: Track incoming referrals, ensure they are properly documented in the system, and follow up as needed
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire orientation and preparation of onboarding materials
• Compliance Tasks: Conduct background checks, verify licenses/certifications, and ensure documentation accuracy
• HR Administrative Support: Maintain personnel records and provide general assistance with HR operations
