- They are looking for an HR Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team and help support the recruiting process from job posting through hire.

- Post and maintain open positions on the company website and recruiting platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and help match candidates with open positions.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding candidate status and interview scheduling.
- Conduct professional reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruiting records.
- Assist with other HR projects and administrative duties as needed.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of follow-up.
- Self-starter who can work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS is a plus.
