Established in 2020, we offer full-service design build & organization solutions within Contra Costa County in Northern California. Working with clients to create unique, timeless, aesthetic, and functional spaces.
We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team. They will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and other admin needs.
This is an in-office position, in which you will work from our VMA Showroom in downtown Walnut Creek, and occasionally be expected to visit job sites. Welcoming clients and visitors to the showroom by appointment, and being able to assist in a variety of needs.
The qualified individual will be expected to have experience with the following:
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Managing financial statements, invoicing, bookkeeping
- Must be highly organized and task oriented
- Must be able to juggle between various tasks and keep up with the work flow
Note: Former experience in a construction firm is a plus but not a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
