We are a boba distribution located in Hayward, looking for an office admin.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Preferably knowledgeable in food industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products
- Propose appropriate service solutions to meet customer's needs
- Process Order and keep close communication with customers
- Arrange shipment for local and out of state customers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required.
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization, ensuring workspaces, showroom, and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Support management and staff with various administrative tasks
Full time: $24~$25 hourly
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
