Administrative CoordinatorLocation: Dublin, CAEmployment Type: 7-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert to Direct Hire)Pay Range: $22 β $26 per hourJob SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator will deliver exceptional customer service to internal colleagues and external customers, resolving routine and non-routine administrative issues. This role is responsible for maintaining the assigned office location, ensuring resources are functional, and supporting colleagues and visitors in alignment with standard operating procedures set by the Workplace Services Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesMail & Document Management (55%)Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and faxes.Print documents, make copies, and process outgoing mail daily.Office & Resource Coordination (20%)Serve as the point person for conference room scheduling and upkeep.Ensure office resources are well-maintained and operational.Order, receive, and maintain kitchen and office supplies.Event & Visitor Support (15%)Assist in coordinating meetings, office events, and executive visits.Greet visitors, including vendors, clients, and interviewees.Administrative Support (10%)Answer phones, route calls, and provide backup support to other administrative team members.Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and standards.QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma required.General education, vocational training, or on-the-job training preferred.Experience:Minimum 1 years in an administrative role required.Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Outlook and general office equipment; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite a plus.Attention to detail and ability to exercise independent judgment.Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nicole Russ Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
