We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms such as Workday Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud / ICM) solutions
- Translate compensation plans into system configurations including:
- Incentive rules
- Calculation logic
- Credit and quota rules
- Territory and hierarchy structures
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance)
- Develop and support integration between SAP Commissions and Workday including:
- Employee master data (hires, terminations, transfers)
- Organizational hierarchy data
- Compensation-related data feeds
- Work on data integration (ETL processes) using SAP CPI, BTP, or other middleware
- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in commission calculations
- Provide ongoing production support and incident resolution
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and system performance
