SAP TM Lead ConsultantLocation: Bad Homburg, GermanyWork Mode: Hybrid (number of days per week TBC)Contract Duration: 12 monthsJob Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Lead Consultant to drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP Transportation Management within an S/4HANA environment, with a focus on the Pharma industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead at least 3 end-to-end SAP TM implementations within S/4HANA.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Design, configure, and optimize TM processes including freight planning, execution, settlement, and carrier collaboration.Integrate SAP TM with EWM, MM, SD, and GTS for seamless supply chain operations.Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements (GxP, GDP).Conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and manage validation activities.Oversee testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support cutover and hyper-care activities.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders.Experience & Skills Required:Relevant Experience: 10 yearsMandatory Skills: SAP TMDesired Skills: Pharma industry experience
