Protect
Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.
Check
Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation.
Analysis
Review video footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.
Reporting
Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts.
Notify
Notify appropriate person when infractions, cheating, etc. are observed, including MGC agent on duty.

Education
High school diploma or G.E.D required.

Skills
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Experience
Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
Write
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
