RESPONSIBILITIES Clean Preparing tableware for washing Collecting all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves. Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse. Mopping, scrubbing, rinsing and polishing hard floors. Washing walls and ceiling tiles. Cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment. Quality Assurance Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets. Setting up dishwashing machine. Stacking and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas. Recognizing and using appropriate chemicals. Cleaning all floors. REQUIREMENTS Experience Six months experience previous kitchen work experience. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
