RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electronic gaming devices. Performs major and minor, scheduled and nonscheduled repairs on slot machines. Maintains accurate records identifying repairs of department equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures. Promotes positive public relations internally and externally. Performance Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service Verifying and repairing all related gaming equipment Responsible for customer relations. Performing repair to slot machine. Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes - Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees. REQUIREMENTS Education A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Experience 2 year’s experience in slot technical field preferred. Knowledge Knowledgeable of repair slot machine functions. Ability to read simple instructions. Ability to do some troubleshooting. Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations. Good communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment. License Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position. ABOUT US APPLY NOW
