RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance
Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Ensures compliance with Federal Currency Transaction reporting regulations.
Repairs
Attends to minor machine tilts/repairs. Ensures compliance with Federal Currency Transaction reporting regulations. Oversees the re-filling of slot fill banks. Exchanges bills for bill acceptors.
Jackpots
Role models appropriate internal and external guest service at all times. Safeguards assets of the company. Verifies jackpots, fills hoppers, tickets, completes and signs slot payout forms. Verifies and reconciles banks at shift change.
Maintenance
Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by a Cactus Pete’s entity.
REQUIREMENTS
?
Skills
Excellent guest service skills. Basic math skills. Ability to count money and make change.
Schedule
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
Must be 21 years of age.
