OVERVIEW Summary The Painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Painting Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming. Apply paint, varnish, stains, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Quality Assurance Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Perform minor repairs to surfaces as needed. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of painting tools and techniques. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required.
