RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Supports the Marketing Department in executing promotions, live racing events, and on-site activations, including assisting during events and guest interactions. Supports the Marketing Department with PENN Play promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events. Compliance Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. Program Responsible for educating patrons on the value of the PENN Play loyalty program; assist patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty program. Proactively seeks out new business on the floor, soliciting enrollment in the loyalty program. Confidentiality Maintain the confidentiality of player information such as name, address, contact information, level play, wins, losses, number if visits, etc. Maintain professional representation on behalf of the company at internal and external events as needed. Planning Plan and execute monthly displays and decorations necessary for events and promotions. Success Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, and entertainment. Assist Assists and supports the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events. Support Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for the marketing department. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva) is a plus. Degree Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ? Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
