Presentation As directed by supervisor, prepares and presents menu items according to recipe specification and presentation photos. Production Prepares, expedites, monitors, replenishes, and/or transports meats, vegetables, soups, sauces and other food items as indicated by production sheets. Assist Assists in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef. Reporting Reports to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes. BRING US YOUR BEST. Analysis Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and manuals. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, verbak, etc.). License Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. ? Skills Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. Require Working events on the casino floor will require an individual to obtain a non-gaming credential. Experience One to two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Write Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
