Maintenance Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and beverage offerings. Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas before, during, and after events. Collaborate Work collaboratively with culinary, beverage, and event staff to ensure seamless service. Quality Assurance Ensure proper handling of food in compliance with health and safety standards. Compliance Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and alcohol service guidelines. Assist Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown. Orders Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, staging, and décor. BRING US YOUR BEST. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. KLicense Must obtain and maintain any required gaming license (if applicable). Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
