Boutique Law firm is seeking a full-time senior/junior associate for its consumer litigation department in Los Angeles. Treehouse Law is a plaintiff's side firm specializing in false advertising class action litigation.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of litigation experience. Class action experience is mandatory, consumer protection experience is a plus. The candidate must have strong research and writing skills and attention to detail. The candidate must be licensed in California and have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
You will play an integral role in managing a case from start to finish, including drafting complaints, planning and managing case schedules, managing discovery, corresponding with opposing counsel, conducting hearings, and motion practice. The senior/junior associate will also manage and train other associates.
