Role: Litigation Associate
Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles or San Diego, CA | few days in-office per week)
Compensation: $165K – $185K discretionary annual bonus

Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on litigation practice experience
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Trial preparation and courtroom exposure including motions and depositions
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

- Manage case files from inception through resolution with significant ownership
- Handle motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
- Utilize e-discovery tools to manage large-scale case data
- Collaborate with partners and team members to develop litigation strategies
- Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and client service
Salary : $165,000 - $185,000
