What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Vizelia?
Litigation Associate Attorney with 5 years of relevant litigation experience to join its Las Vegas. Ideal candidate will have substantive experience in the area of business and/or commercial litigation, with demonstrated ability and desire to generate a book of business.
Experience in insurance defense and/or construction litigation would be helpful, but is not mandatory. Successful candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and advocacy skills, deposition experience, demonstrate leadership and initiative, and can assume significant responsibility immediately. Must be admitted in NV.
