About the Role
Vixen Collection is seeking an experienced, people-first Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for elevating the in-store guest experience, driving revenue, and leading with heart, accountability, and an unmistakable Vixen-level standard of excellence.
As the Sales Manager, you’ll oversee daily sales operations, set and track performance goals, coach and develop team members, and create strategies that fuel growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and supporting departments to ensure our sales initiatives align with broader company objectives—all while creating an environment where customers feel seen, supported, and absolutely fabulous.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals
- Oversee daily floor operations, staffing, and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategy and adjust tactics in real time
- Develop and facilitate ongoing sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships that reflect the Vixen experience
- Implement revenue-building initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Collaborate with inventory, marketing, and leadership to align goals across teams
- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and an elevated boutique shopping experience
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative culture within the store
- Strong background in sales, business development, or customer-facing retail leadership
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
- Previous management or leadership experience within retail sales strongly preferred
