Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 3–5 active multifamily construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through final closeout
- Coordinate preconstruction meetings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules of values
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure critical deadlines and milestones are met
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle of each project
- Schedule field crews and coordinate manpower based on project needs and timelines
- Maintain consistent communication with general contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee project closeout and ensure all required documentation and deliverables are completed
- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong preference for Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- New construction multifamily experience required
- Strong understanding of general contractor operations, project sequencing, and the full construction lifecycle
- Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred, though highly relevant subcontractor experience will be considered
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Excel required
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage several complex projects at once
