Vivo Technologies is an audio-visual and technology integration company specializing in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, unified communications, and custom AV systems. We partner with leading manufacturers to design and deliver reliable, scalable solutions for modern workplaces.
As we continue to grow, we are adding a Project Manager to support our expanding project volume and help drive operational excellence across our installation and engineering teams.
We are seeking a highly organized, accountable, and proactive Project Manager to oversee the execution of AV and technology integration projects from internal handoff through project closeout.
This role is based on-site in Ogden, Utah and works closely with leadership, engineering, technicians, procurement, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates challenges early, and drives clarity across teams.
- Manage multiple AV integration projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain clear project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate engineering deliverables and design readiness
- Manage procurement timelines and material tracking
- Schedule technicians and subcontractors for installs
- Lead client communication and status updates
- Identify and escalate risks or scope changes early
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Ensure clean, organized project closeout
- Maintain accurate records in Monday.com and internal systems
Required:
- Experience in AV integration or low-voltage systems (AV, IT, construction, or related field)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Ability to work on-site in Ogden, Utah
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Logitech, Yealink, Poly, or Neat
- Experience working with field technicians and subcontractors
- PMP certification (not required)
- Projects are structured and clearly organized
