Lead and execute MCA collections across our portfolio.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of direct MCA collections experience (required)
Strong knowledge of defaults, daily ACH structures, and recovery workflows
Proven ability to negotiate, resolve, and escalate accounts effectively
Additional compensation for candidates with collections law firm experience

Compensation:
