Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistOverview: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, corporate credit card transactions, and payment runs. This role supports month-end close activities and ensures compliance with internal controls.Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, taxes, or documentation.Manage corporate credit card transactions, including monthly reconciliations and variance resolution.Partner with employees to address missing receipts, incorrect charges, and non-compliant expenses.Review, validate, and process vendor invoices following company policies and three-way match procedures.Ensure accurate account coding, cost center allocation, and approval routing in the ERP system.Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and international payments).Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and ad hoc projects as needed.Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.Respond to vendor inquiries and support vendor onboarding (W-9s, bank verification, tax forms).Reconcile vendor statements and resolve open or aged balances.Review and process employee expense reports to ensure policy compliance and timely reimbursement.Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.2–4 years of accounts payable experience in mid to large size companies.Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written)Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and expense/credit card platforms (e.g., Concur, Expensify).Strong understanding of AP processes, vendor management, and credit card reconciliation.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $72,000.
