The Procurement Coordinator supports the purchasing and supply chain process by assisting with order placement, vendor communication, and inventory-related activities. This role ensures timely procurement of parts, devices, and supplies while maintaining accurate records and supporting cost-effective purchasing decisions. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.

- Assist with placing purchase orders
- Support indirect purchasing of non-merchandise items such as devices, packaging materials, and supplies
- Support the quoting process by gathering pricing, lead times, and product availability from vendors
- Assist in negotiating with vendors on pricing, terms, and conditions
- Monitor order fulfillment and follow up with vendors regarding order status and estimated delivery timelines
- Track and manage return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Identify and help resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues related to orders
- Maintain accurate procurement and purchasing-related financial records
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support
- Experience working with vendors or managing purchase orders is a plus
- Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Less than 10% travel
