Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to help assist in our dynamic food service operations. In this pivotal role, you will assist in aspects of restaurant and bar management and also helping oversee Banquet Events / Weddings ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient food production, and smooth team coordination. Your leadership will drive the success of our F&B operations and venues by maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and service excellence. Duties
- Lead daily restaurant/banquet operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring seamless service delivery across all food and beverage outlets
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Utilize POS systems (Toast) for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity
- Train and develop team members in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions to meet guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety policies at all times while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong background in Banquet operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cash handling and sales reporting is essential
- Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting, and cost control strategies within the food industry
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing, and team management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality excellence
- Previous experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus; culinary experience or barista/coffee expertise is advantageous
