Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and clearing of banquet tables to maintain a clean and organized event space
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing friendly and attentive service throughout the event
- Buss tables and handle food handling tasks in accordance with food safety standards
- Support catering operations by assisting with food preparation and replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during events
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper serving techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy environment
- Experience with banquet or hotel service is a plus, along with familiarity in food preparation and food safety protocols
