Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including organizing supplies and handling ingredients
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy during service
- Aid in food handling procedures to uphold proper hygiene practices across the kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning during busy service hours
