What You'll Do
- Round on patients daily, building real continuity of care
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Work hand-in-hand with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership
- Chart smarter, not harder — with AI-integrated EHR documentation built for speed
What You Bring
- Active or eligible OR PA license
- DEA and national certification (or ability to obtain)
- SNF experience is a plus, but not required — we love developing new grads
