Job Title: Copado SME/Senior Salesforce Administrator
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Copado SME/Senior Salesforce Administrator with experience in Salesforce release management, CI/CD pipelines, and metadata deployments. The role involves managing Copado environments, deployment workflows, user access, and version control processes while supporting Agile release cycles. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Git, Salesforce administration, and release governance practices, with Copado Fundamentals or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Copado Fundamentals or Copado Administrator certification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce and/or Copado administration
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Copado Release Management, Copado Essentials, or Copado CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata deployments and environment management.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub
- Experience with security tools such as Snyk, AppOmni
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and release management practices.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Copado DevOps platform to support Salesforce release management processes.
- Configure and manage Copado user access, permissions, roles, and environments.
- Monitor and support deployment pipelines across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Manage user stories, promotions, and deployment workflows within Copado.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution with Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Maintain branch strategies, version control practices, and release governance standards.
- Configure and optimize Copado CI/CD processes and automation.
- Support release planning, deployment scheduling, and change management activities.
- Create and maintain documentation for Copado processes, deployment procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor deployment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful application releases.
Job Type: Full Time Employment
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000, BOE
