Senior Estimator - Luxury Residential
Our Company, a leading construction firm specializing in luxury residential and boutique commercial projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full preconstruction and estimating process for multimillion-dollar custom builds
- Develop detailed budgets, conceptual estimates, and value engineering strategies
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and ownership to align vision with cost
- Analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and build relationships with top-tier trade partners
- Partner with project managers to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to execution
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Someone with 5 years commercial construction experience with stable work history
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading project teams and a strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling and planning in the construction industry
- Positive attitude
