Director of Construction

You’d be stepping into a leadership role in the San Jose market with responsibility across people, projects, and how the work is delivered. That includes staying close to operations, supporting teams in the field, and making sure the structure behind the work holds up as things scale.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead healthcare construction efforts across the region
• Oversee multiple projects, teams, and operational performance
• Support and grow client relationships within healthcare systems
• Partner with leadership on strategy, staffing, and delivery

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience leading teams, projects, or divisions
• Background in complex healthcare environments (OSHPD/HCAI, hospitals, etc)
• Strong client relationships and ability to support growth

$300K-$500K base, bonus, and full executive benefits.
