We’re a well-established Developer/Builder based in Fort Worth, TX, managing a strong mix of ground-up and interior construction projects. We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment. You’ll own both the financial and operational side of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up and interior commercial construction projects end-to-end
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and subcontractors
- Oversee planning, logistics, and overall project delivery
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and clients
Qualifications:
- 5 years of construction experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Bachelor's Degree
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and coordination skill
