We’re hiring a Construction Manager to lead a high-profile retail project in the Bay Area. This is a design-driven project, details matter and execution has to be tight. The role sits directly with the ownership team. It’s a smart move for someone coming from the GC side who knows what good looks like and wants to stay close to the work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of a high-profile interior project from the owner side
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and GC partners
- Manage schedule, budget alignment, and overall project flow
- Ensure design intent is maintained through execution
- Identify issues early and drive resolution
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate independently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
