Sales Coordinator – Medical Office (Primary Care, Aesthetics & Wellness)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator with proven sales experience to join our growing medical office. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. This role is ideal for someone results-driven, confident in closing sales, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound leads using CRM systems
• Contact potential patients promptly and convert leads into booked appointments
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Educate patients on services and recommend appropriate treatments
• Upsell services and promote packages based on patient needs
• Process patient payments and ensure accurate billing and collections
• Maintain detailed and organized records
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with measurable results (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing pricing and collecting payments

Preferred (Plus, not required):

• Experience in a medical office, aesthetics, or wellness setting
• Experience with high-ticket service sales
• Familiarity with primary care, weight loss, or aesthetic treatments
• Experience working with CRM systems (training will be provided)
