We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Hollywood, Florida. This in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting sales operations, customer service, and internal administrative processes.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records, managing orders, and supporting operational efficiency.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM system
• Support the sales team with presentations, reports, and sales documentation
• Coordinate and distribute email campaigns and customer communications
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Track orders, monitor fulfillment status, and follow up with customers when necessary
• Maintain organized records, files, and internal systems
• Assist with back-office operations and administrative processes
• Coordinate communication between sales, customers, and internal departments
Qualifications• 2 years of experience in sales support, office administration, or sales operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
