Join our dynamic team as a Workflow Specialist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. In this vital role, You will utilize state-of-the-art technology to manage the digital infrastructure of the TMO. This role focuses on in-depth knowledge of systems engineering and information technology support to track and distribute electronic correspondence across the enterprise.
Duties
- Receiving and distributing internal/external correspondence to appropriate action officers.
- Proactively monitoring timelines and sending automated reminders to prevent mission failure.
- Ensuring 100% responsiveness to inquiries within the four-hour key response window.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of government task-tracking systems experience (SharePoint, CATMS, TMT); DoD/Intelligence Community is preferred
- Hospital Administration experience
- Proven experience with office procedures, clerical tasks, and administrative support roles
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed
- Knowledge of basic math for data validation and calculations
- Experience with filing systems, data collection methods, and document management
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic office duties such as data collection, order entry, and maintaining records effectively
Pay: $75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
