Job Overview
Vital is seeking a strategic leader to drive "Operational Efficiency" at the nation’s premier military medical centers. As the Senior Workflow Management Lead, you will manage a high-volume tasking environment (~150 tasks/month), lead program analysis for policy improvements, and ensure 100% contract compliance. This is a high-visibility role requiring a requiring experience in contract and project management and Tier II security eligibility. Duties
- Agile Oversight: Lead the intake and prioritization of ~150 NIPRNET tasks monthly, ensuring 100% compliance with government suspense dates.
- Policy & Analysis: Evaluate TMO program effectiveness and recommend policy revisions to improve "Operational Efficiency."
- Contractual Excellence: Ensure the team meets all Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) metrics, maintaining the vital link between hospital operations and executive leadership.
- Program Analysis: Conduct "Data-driven Continuous Improvement" by analyzing TMO effectiveness and recommending policy revisions to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- High-Level Tasking: Lead the intake and prioritization of ~150 monthly NIPRNET tasks, specifically managing sensitive inquiries from the Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff.
- PRS Compliance: Monitor the team's performance metrics to ensure 100% compliance with PWS quality standards and suspense dates.
- Strategic Planning: Develop solutions for significant operational issues and provide high-level technical guidance to WRNMMC Directorate Operations.
Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Science or Arts).
- Experience: 10 years in task management or program analysis (exceeding PWS minimum for senior status).
- Security: Must be eligible for a Tier II (Non-critical sensitive) background investigation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
