As our Shared Living Supervisor, you will be the primary support system for our Independent Providers. In this flexible hybrid role, you'll guide, train, and oversee providers to ensure exceptional, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Provider Support: Mentor providers, conduct QA audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Care Coordination: Drive person-centered care plans and coordinate client healthcare needs. Field Visits: Conduct routine visits to Shared Living settings to ensure health and safety. Crisis Management: Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and emergency support. Requirements:
Preferred Benefits
3 years in human services (IDD experience preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Human Services OR 3 years of relevant equivalent experience.
