HR Director

The Human Resources Director will provide leadership in the areas of recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, occupational safety/health, employment recordkeeping, and employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the recruitment and selection process and ensures that open positions are filled in an effective and efficient manner.
• Provides ideas and direction to maintain an effective new employee company orientation for new associates.
• Provides ideas and direction necessary to perform an annual compensation market analysis, and ensures that internal and external equity goals are achieved.
• Provides ideas, direction and oversight of all benefits programs and with benefits administration.
• Provides ideas and direction for employee recognition programs, and other company sponsored employee programs and events.
• Leads the creation of job descriptions and job qualifications.
• Identifies and resolves employee performance issues.
• Identifies and administers the rewards and recognition plans and strategies.
• Manages, administers, and coordinates the leave of absences (LOA) for applicable client group.
• Ensures that Personnel Files are accurately and effectively maintained.
• Leads the identification of new policies and procedures.
• Leads and manages assigned human resource projects.
• Identifies ideas to achieve individual and department goals, and takes action to implement ideas.
• Functions in the capacity of trusted advisor and internal consultant to designated clients, and provides the highest quality internal customer service.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, education, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• PHR Certification, preferred.

Pay Range: 91,000 - 140,000 Annually
