Key Responsibilities
- Program & Quality Operations: Oversee daily program operations, coordinate personal care, activities, and outings, and ensure high-quality care and ISP goal tracking in Therap.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Provide coaching, scheduling, performance evaluations, timecard approvals, and ongoing training for program staff.
- Administration & Safety: Manage program budgets, activity funds, census reporting, and physical site safety to maintain full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Background: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma/GED (Degree in Social Work or Human Services preferred) and prior experience in human services or supervisory roles.

Certifications & Compliance: Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle with insurance, successful background check, and completion of state certifications within 90 days.

Physical & Operational Capabilities: Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with physical transfers, travel between program sites, and maintain flexible hours, along with strong communication and computer skills.
